Accessibility Statement

Our standard. We design and test this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which also supports the technical requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review our pages whenever we make changes.

What we have done. Every page has a skip link, a logical heading structure, labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, and text that meets color contrast requirements. Menus, tabs and dialogs work with a keyboard alone. Scrolling content can be paused, and animation is turned off when your device is set to reduce motion. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers, and the site works at 200 percent zoom and on phones.

Known limitations. Our online auto and home quote tool and our Client Center portal are provided by a third party, EZLynx, and appear inside our pages. We do not control their code, and some parts may not be fully accessible. If you have trouble, call us and we will help you complete the same task by phone or email at no cost. Links to carrier and partner websites lead to sites we do not control.
