Information We Collect. We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about the insurance you are asking about (for example vehicles, property, business details, or coverage needs). If you use our Fast Track upload tool, we also collect the documents and photos you choose to send, such as a driver's license, registration, or a declarations page. Please do not upload payment card or bank account numbers.

How We Use Information. We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, process applications with our partner carriers, manage your policies, send the service messages you ask for, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information. We share information only as needed to do this work: with insurance carriers and other insurance markets, and with service providers that help us operate, such as secure document storage and our text and email delivery providers, who may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

SMS/Text Messaging. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Capital Crest Insurance, a trade name of FIMS Assurance Group LLC, sends service-related text messages about your request, such as a secure link to upload your insurance documents, status updates on your quote or application, appointment reminders, and policy service notices. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also call us or email [email protected]. Mobile Information Is Not Shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of our services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email Messages. If you ask us to email you a secure upload link or other information about your request, we use your email address for that purpose. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by contacting us.

Security and Retention. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Opt-Out and Your Choices. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or delete your information.
